The UNIL-CHUV Core Research Facilities
The Faculty of Biology and Medicine (FBM) at the University of Lausanne (UNIL) oversees 12 cutting-edge facilities offering cross-disciplinary support to researchers. These facilities, available to both UNIL and CHUV University Hospital researchers, as well as external collaborators, cover a wide array of fields including structural biology, imaging, genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, cytofluorometry, histology, bioinformatics, and biostatistics. They provide comprehensive assistance, ranging from optimizing experimental designs to executing projects with powerful data analysis. Moreover, facility staff offer training to users, imparting theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice on various technologies.
